1. Right to Refuse Service

• J&R Recycling reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe behavior, harassment, non-compliance with our policies, or attempting to recycle prohibited items.

2. Accepted Materials

• Only approved recyclable materials will be accepted.

• Items must be free of hazardous substances, excessive dirt, or contamination.

• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: toxic chemicals, medical waste, flammable materials, pressurized containers, or stolen property.

3. Identification Requirements

• A valid government-issued ID may be required for certain transactions in compliance with local and state regulations.

• We may record customer information as required by law.

4. Safety First

• Customers must follow all safety rules while on-site.

• Children and pets must remain inside vehicles at all times.

• Unsafe behavior (speeding, smoking near flammable materials, etc.) will result in removal from the premises.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Prices for recyclable materials are subject to change based on market conditions.

• All weights and payments are final once processed.

6. No Trespassing / After Hours

• The property is monitored 24/7.

• Dumping or leaving materials after business hours is strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all items brought in belong to them and are not stolen or unlawfully obtained.

• J&R Recycling is not responsible for personal items left behind or mixed in with recyclables.
